About PLATE
Our mission
The food system faces two major challenges: sustainable transformation and strengthened food preparedness. At PLATE, we address both through a systems perspective focused on meals. At PLATE, interdisciplinary researchers collaborate with key stakeholders from the public sector, businesses and civil society to identify barriers, opportunities and solutions.
